Before presenting you with a mortgage plan, I need to learn more about your goals and financing situation. This initial call will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about the home buying process.

During this next call I’ll present you with different mortgage options and strategies that meet your needs. We’ll do a deep dive on monthly payments, interest rates, closing costs, and tax benefits.

Prior to shopping for a home, my team will gather the necessary information to pre-underwrite your file and iron out any issues. Once pre-approved with mhm lending you can be 100% confident that your loan is in place! As you search for your home, I’ll be available 7 days a week to help you analyze potential properties and formulate strategies to make sure we’re putting our best foot forward with each offer.

Wealth Maximization

Getting you into your home is just the first step! Going forward, my goal is to make sure your mortgage is in sync with your larger financial plan. I’ll help track your interest rate and equity to ensure you’re maximizing wealth through your biggest asset – your home!
